Each session is tailored to your individual needs using a combination of relaxation, Swedish, therapeutic, and deep tissue techniques to promote an overall sense of well being.

At this time any additional therapies such as hot stones, hot towels, MLD techniques and Reiki are not priced differently, each session price is based on time and not techniques used.

30 min massage

A 30 minute session will address specific areas of the body using with a more focused approach. The pressure and techniques used will vary depending on the needs of the client.

A 60 minute session can be a full body treatment with more attention on areas of concern or a longer focused massage. Pressure and techniques used will vary depending on the needs of the client.
